Hello. I’d like to share a card using a couple of techniques I haven’t used in a while:

Onto a Kraft card base, I used an Altenew stencil and roughly applied Altenew white embossing paste through it.
Letting that dry, I then used an old – very old – Spellbinder butterfly die to die cut the butterfly out of pink card stock, then used the detail die to dry emboss the details. I did have to interrogate my Sizzix platform for how to do that – but it worked out how I wanted it.
I also die cut some Simon Says Stamp leaves out of vellum, and white heat embossed the sentiment onto some grey card stock.
I first attached the sentiment and then the butterfly – both with 3D foam, then put some glue onto the bottoms of the leaf stems and inserted underneath the butterfly.
Some pink sequins and it’s done.

I shall be entering the following challenges:
Color Throwdown – Pink, Kraft, Grey, White
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge – add a sentiment
Avenue 613 Create – anything goes – option of flowers not taken
Allsorts – anything goes – option of using s stencil taken
Ellibelle’s Corner I Spy – something with wings

Love that butterfly die cut. Great card.
